Delivery
Foals stay with their mothers until they are at least five months old. As soon as the foals are at least five months old, the foals can be weaned and delivered to their new owners. At the delivery, veterinarian Arie Hoogendoorn (Team veterinarian of the Dutch Olympic dressage team 2008), will check all foals. Only after the approval of Dr. Arie Hoogendoorn will we accept the foals.

Rearing
Eurofoals.com can offer you the opportunity to have your foal reared in Holland. Foals will be raised at Wim ten Pas in Winterswijk. The rearing of young horses is done in groups in foal stables. The groups are formed after the foals are fully weaned from their mothers and then divided by male or female. In the summer the horses are placed out in the field while remaining within their groups.

At Wim ten Pas’s place your foal will be well taken care of. All foals and horses go to the blacksmith regularly and get their vaccinations on time. Veterinarian centre “de Watermolen” has a vet center on the grounds of Wim ten Pas. At the age of two horses can go through a full medical screening process (x-rays etc).
